This program is for those clients that have successfully completed all phases and reached their goals and looking to maintain. Clients can expect one 10-minute check-ins every week over the 6 week challenge, access to the JACFIT Instagram community, and bonus workouts. The focus is on individuals dedicated to evolving into the best version of themselves.

 

Our client base caters to various goals, including bikini or figure competitors, brides or mothers of the bride, those preparing for a photoshoot, individuals celebrating a milestone, and anyone with goal-driven aspirations. We specialize in working with those who seek the best, including athletes and trainers, plant-based athletes, and high performers.
